Great Experience! This was my first time buying/leasing my own car. My fiancé and I came to purchase a vehicle about a week ago and we were both so amazed at the level of customer service. From the time we stepped into the dealership we were greeted like we had been long t ago and we were both so amazed at the level of customer service. From the time we stepped into the dealership we were greeted like we had been long time friends and were treated as such every step of the way. Timi, Gage and Steve are AMAZING! They crunched numbers and attempted numerous times to find us the best deals on vehicles within our price range and got us into a 2017 Hyundai Sonata, they also helped my mother in law drive off with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. Steve called me after hours just to let me know another bank wanted to finance me last minute and it would be at a lower rate. These people are incredible at what they do and make sure you’re taken care of to the best of their abilities. I will refer ANYONE to Jenkins Acura and my fiancé and I will be life long customers. By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Outstanding team and even better customer service! More
