My salesman Brandon was great. Other than that, I'm very disappointed! Management assured me my credit would only be checked 1 time. I made it clear that was a big deal to me as I'm in process of purchasing disappointed! Management assured me my credit would only be checked 1 time. I made it clear that was a big deal to me as I'm in process of purchasing a new home. I also said I could bring pre approval from my bank that way I knew for sure it my credit wouldn't be ran more than once, but was told I wouldn't get whatever discounts available if I did. After purchasing I received 3 different alerts for hard hits on my credit. 2 from Acura (same one on 2 different days) and 1 from Honda. I called finance over the issue and was told he was busy and would return my call when he was done with customer. That was over a week ago and still no call! Another issue is I was lied to from the manager on where the car I wanted was located. He said it was located in Panama City, but it was NOT. It was located in Jacksonville! I would have went there myself and did the deal and saved money. But he told me it was somewhere much further than it actually was! Very dishonest interactions and will not buy another vehicle from here! More

This is the second car I’ve bought from Ron in two years. He is always pleasant to work with, listens to what I want and need. He is also honest when he knows I can’t afford something. I wish the approval process would have been quicker, but overall it was a good experience and I left with a vehicle I am extremely happy with. Jeff in finance was great to deal with. There is so much paperwork, but we got through it as fast as we could and kept the jokes flowing. I highly recommend! More
