We are elderly folks and were under the impression that since most of the information needed was known prior to arrival at dealership, the process of trading one MDX for another MDX would be faster. It was difficult to have to sit and wait so long but, I believe staff did the best they were able. We drove home a 2024 MDX and , so far, are very happy with it! Our 6th one, I think! More
