Last week, I purchased a 2024 Acura MDX from Jenkins Acura and I can say with ALLLLLLLLL of the vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime, Anthony Cardenas was, BY FAR, the BEST salesman I have ever had Acura and I can say with ALLLLLLLLL of the vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime, Anthony Cardenas was, BY FAR, the BEST salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into the showroom, Anthony was welcoming, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and truly the consummate professional. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. His personality won us over in an instant and a shortly thereafter, we were driving off in our new MDX feeling confident that we made the perfect decision for us! It is also bears mentioning that sitting down with Steven O'John in the finance office was also a great experience. He did not try to sell us things we did not need, but ended up selling us some options that we feel great about! Steven is a straight-shooter (a quality I can appreciate) and he was an absolute pleasure to finalize the deal with. Jae Johnson was instrumental in the finalization of the details of the deal and was wonderful to work with to make this happen. We are elderly folks and were under the impression that since most of the information needed was known prior to arrival at dealership, the process of trading one MDX for another MDX would be faster. It was difficult to have to sit and wait so long but, I believe staff did the best they were able. We drove home a 2024 MDX and , so far, are very happy with it! Our 6th one, I think! More
