I was helped immediately. Bobby was courteous, calm, and friendly. He showed me to my loaner car and explained some of the new features he thought I might be unfamiliar with. Bobby was courteous, calm, and friendly. He showed me to my loaner car and explained some of the new features he thought I might be unfamiliar with. I returned the next day as I had left something essential in the console. The car was on the lift and the mechanic had left for the day. Bobby graciously lowered the car and retrieved the item. Anibal was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly (don't let his youthful age fool you). He is the primary reason that we went with Acura over any other vehicle. Sean is literally the hardest-working person I have seen. He worked the best deal possible that fit our needs. He was gracious and kind. Steve was quick and made the financing experience less overwhelming (I signed fewer papers when I bought my home). I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. Timi and Anibal went above and beyond to show me the car that I had driven an hour and a half to look at. I wasn’t able to be at the dealership during standard hours and Timi found me looking around the lot that I had driven an hour and a half to look at. I wasn’t able to be at the dealership during standard hours and Timi found me looking around the lot after 8:30 and stopped to ask if she could help. I explained the situation and she found the car and called the salesman, who came back to the dealership, so I didn’t go home, without seeing the car. Anibal was able to get me the purchase agreement the next day and I then made an appointment to come back on Sat to test drive and finish the purchase. They both did an exceptional job of just listening to my needs and my situation. Neither of them pushed or tried to pressure me to “close the deal”. I made it very clear what Acura RDX I was looking for and going to purchase. It was refreshing to not have the stereotypical car sales experience. At some point we will upgrade to a newer RDX or possibly an MDX and your dealership will be our first choice. More

No other dealership compares to Jenkins Acura I have gone to plenty of other dealerships and Acura as worked with me for over a month straight to get me into a car I really wanted there quick to get back to to plenty of other dealerships and Acura as worked with me for over a month straight to get me into a car I really wanted there quick to get back to you and have great deals.
