Typical small town used car dealership -- dishonest, smarmy, deceptive. They tried to sell me a car that they promised was completely "road ready." I told them that I had two young children who needed a safe and reliable vehicle. They proceeded to take me through their inspection, promising everything was up to safety codes and ready to hit the road. So, I did, straight to a trusted mechanic who proceeded to find almost $2000 in necessary repairs. Each of the problems (there were 6 different problems) were entirely necessary to make the car safe. I went back and told them what I had discovered and, realizing they had lost a sale, they simply laughed and shook their head and didn't say another word. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE and highly recommend that you avoid them as well. If you do business with them, PLEASE for your own safety and that of your family, take the car to another place to have it checked out. These people are professional scammers. More

Trying to find a vehicle that could accommodate both of us was challenging.( My wife winds up sitting on the steering wheel most of the time). After looking at about 18 vehicles at 4 different dealerships, we wound up talking with Don at Jeff's Northshore Auto. After we talked with Don about what we were looking for, he showed us a 2005 Chevy Tahoe that they had on consignment, and my wife sorta fit in, we started the purchase (because it was the only one we found that she fit in). Jeff walks in and asks if we had seen the one that they had. Same year, 40,000 less miles and fully loaded. We decide to take it for a test drive and my wife notices some buttons on the drivers door. We switch places and I come to find out that this Tahoe has adjustable pedals. Now we both fit. We do the financing through them and find out that we also can purchase a 5 year, 100,000 mile power-train warranty for a very reasonable price. My last vehicle lost 2 transmissions in 5 years. The service that we received from everyone there was just incredible. They will definitely see us again for the next purchase. More
They have a good thing going, here. They had a nice selection of decent vehicles for a good price. Don was super nice, and very transparent about their procedures. When we expressed interest in a vehic selection of decent vehicles for a good price. Don was super nice, and very transparent about their procedures. When we expressed interest in a vehicle, he sat down with us and showed us the mechanic's notes. It was very nice to work with a dealer who was willing to tell us what things may need attention in the future, instead of just saying that "everything checks out." The staff there has many years of experience, and I feel that they do a great job. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, check this place out! More

Seen advertised price for oil change at a reasonable rate, took vehicle in, offered me a loaner or wait for oil change which was great, they changed the oil in a timely fashion, also informed me of a fe rate, took vehicle in, offered me a loaner or wait for oil change which was great, they changed the oil in a timely fashion, also informed me of a few minor things to keep an eye out for on the vehicle and even took the time to explain these issues with my spouse. A few months later the transmission went on the vehicle, my spouse stopped in to find out pricing options for a new/used tranmission, due to financial retraints we had to be cautious about price, overall had the lower price on the transmission compared to other local competors by $1000 or more. So far vehicle runs great, definitely will look into future care maintenance with them again. More
After a week of shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, I found a 2007 Ford Escape on Cars.com. The vehicle was listed for sale by Jeff's Northshore Auto for $6,975.00 (#5981). I contacted the dealership an found a 2007 Ford Escape on Cars.com. The vehicle was listed for sale by Jeff's Northshore Auto for $6,975.00 (#5981). I contacted the dealership and spoke to a salesperson by the name of Mike. We went through the specifics on the vehicle and the reason it was priced low. Mike informed me that it had been used as a security vehicle and that the price was accurate. I asked him to figure out the exact amount it would take to purchase this vehicle with tax, license and fees. He asked where I was coming from and I explained I was about 2 hours away and would be coming up Friday or Saturday. Saturday morning I went to the bank and withdrew the exact amount and headed to Menasha, WI. Once I arrived, I noticed that they had raised the price of the vehicle by $3,000. I asked for Mike and showed him the internet ad and the email sent to me showing the price as $6,875. Mike informed me that the owner had decided to raise the price of the vehicle after I had contacted them. I informed him that this was unacceptable, since I had traveled 2 hours and this trip was costing me over $75 in gas. I requested to speak to Jeff the owner, but was told he was not in and would be back on Monday and would be leaving town on Tuesday. I requested the owner's cell phone number, but as expected was not given it. I asked to have the owner contact me as soon as possible regarding this situation but he has yet to contact me. I called again on Monday and was informed that Jeff was not in. I am very disappointed with this dealership and plan on pursuing charges with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, BBB, and posts on internet review websites. These people are con artists and the company practices, false advertising, unethical sales practices, bait and switch. The fact that I informed them that there was a problem and no attempt was make to resolve the issue, tells me that they could care less about the customer. TB More
