This was the best service I have ever had form the phone call in to make the appoint to the pick up. + the driver that took me home, & then picked up to get the car, could not be amy nicer. We had bought a Nissan about four years ago when we recently leased before that. We didn't like the idea of buying a vehicle but leasing was at a hold then due to economic reasons with the auto compani recently leased before that. I had recently been in an accident with my other vehicle and it was in the body shop there. While there I spoke of our xterra and how unhappy with the gas mileage we were. They mentioned I should talk with an associate in sales to see what options we had. I contacted Jeffrey Nissan and was transferred to Mister Washington to tell him our needs. Right away the next day we were there to test drive some vehicles and chose a Nissan rogue and to trade in our xterra. Mr. Washington was very nice professional and quick to handle our needs. The next morning my wife drove the xterra there and picked the rogue up with no hassle or lengthy amount of time. Mr. Washington recommended the rogue and we are very happy with it by far! Our payments are much lower and the gas mileage is way better....exactly what we needed Thanks to Mr. Washington. I went to the Macomb Nissan service center to get my routine maintenance done and they were closed and gone! I saw the sign on the door so I called your service center. Mark at the service center was super helpful and got me in right away. I was able to have my oil changed, brakes reviewed, and tires rotated in about an hour while I waited. I went to get my car service on my 2008 Altima, and left the lot with a 2013 Rogue. The people was so friendly, and funny I was waiting a while but it was worth it. Scheduled my first oil change at the last minute on the day of service. Got there late but the service coordinator said that it was not a problem and was very welcoming. The price for the oil change was day of service. Got there late but the service coordinator said that it was not a problem and was very welcoming. The price for the oil change was less than expected by a few dollars. And to top it all off, the team washed my car AND vaccumed the inside. I love it when a dealership goes the extra mile to impress its customers. Very happy. Will return for sure. Also the sales manager extended a very personal welcome for any future business.
