I wanted to pay cash for a car. I wanted a SUV with all the bells and whistles. First I was told that I could not get what I wanted. I left hoping that overnight Mr. Rowe could work some majic. I receiv the bells and whistles. First I was told that I could not get what I wanted. I left hoping that overnight Mr. Rowe could work some majic. I received a call the follwing morning, saying that I was approved for what I wanted and when can I come in. I am now driving my 2013 Nissan Juke and I am very happy. I also feel that I received a very good deal. I will refer all my friends and family looking for a car to Mr. Rowe. More
The service staff is very friendly and I look forward to seeing you guys in the future! The work was done very quickly, the car was washed nicely and vacuumed as well. One thing that I don't like is that when I drive into the service garage the desks that the service advisors sit at look horrible and are extremely dirty. It is almost like the service advisors are homeless in those little huts. Also I don't like that I have to drive into the Kia dealership to service my car, meanwhile the Nissan dealership service lane is used as storage. If you can't devote it to just one brand then I would suggest that you remove all logos in the service lane and use the huge wall to the right to sort out the GM, KIA and NISSAN service banners, pictures, deals, etc. BUT KEEP THEM SEPARATE! Call the service lane the Jeffrey Service Center and then when the customers exit their vehicles they can look to the right and see what deals are available for their particular car. This of course would be done after you get rid of the homeless service advisor huts! Instead of those huts what if you used the nook hear the cashier? Put some nice desks that the service advisors would sit at and once you pull up they would walk towards you with a clipboard. Uniforms on the employees would be nice and would help them look great! Also what if you give me some incentive to bring my other car in for service? A free oil change coupon or paintless dent removal coupons WOULD BE AWESOME! I had to debate the cost of an oil change. I advised the other Toyota dealerships charge less for anl change.
