Poor customer service My mother in law leased a new Nissan Sentra last week. She said her salesman’s name was Skip. This guy didn’t go over one thing in this car with her. My mother in law leased a new Nissan Sentra last week. She said her salesman’s name was Skip. This guy didn’t go over one thing in this car with her. She had no idea that she had Bluetooth, she wasn’t shown any of the controls in the car, she wasn’t even given a manual to read about the car she just got. She said that it was at the end of the day and the salesman wanted to leave but I also sell cars and I stay hours after closing to go over cars with people. Now there’s a lot more to learn in what I sell, so seeing as how I showed her most everything within about 25 minutes I’m sure her salesman could’ve fiver her some time. She is a 70 year old woman who has been driving a car from the 90’s so everything in this car was new to her. She didn’t know how to adjust climate, not sure about Sirius radio, no idea how to use the Bluetooth and this sales guy couldn’t take time out of his busy schedule to go over things with her. It’s a huge disappointment. I would never recommend this dealership More
