Initially, here was a bit of confusion with the proper documentation needed. Eventually it was cleared up and the leasing process went on okay. I would like to recommend that all salespeople be aware of exactly what a veteran and/or retired military person needs to provide, especially if the customer is both a veteran and retired military.
