AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I went in for an oil change on Thursday (05/03/2018) - when the oil change was done the service manager (?) told me that there was an issue with the p I went in for an oil change on Thursday (05/03/2018) - when the oil change was done the service manager (?) told me that there was an issue with the plastic shield underneath not holding up, that whoever last did the oil change must not have installed it correctly (SURPRISE IT WAS THIS PLACE THAT DID MY LAST OIL CHANGE). As soon as I pointed this out to him he immediately ignored this and said that basically it had been fixed well enough, and that it was fine to drive. I drove home, no issues. Saturday afternoon I noticed as I drove on a dirt road that I have always driven on with no issues and noticed my car was making a scraping noise on very small bumps, something my car should have no issue handling, as I have done hundreds of times. I check underneath in the parking lot, and the aluminum shield is completely detached (see photo). I take it to my father and he notices that the four clips that the shield must slide onto, that wasn't done. There are also 6 fasteners at the front of the metal shield that secure the metal shield to the plastic shield under the radiator. They were ALL MISSING. They then STUFFED the plastic shield above the metal shield so it wouldn't sag down. The metal shield was in turn DRAGGING on the ground. When I called them today the manager of the service department had the audacity to blame me for all of the missing fasteners, that within 48 hours I had somehow driven around and scraped off all of these fasteners and did this damage myself. He then told me that I could bring it in, but held absolutely no accountability for the faulty service I was given. He then sarcastically told me that I could go ahead and buy a new shield at my own expense. When I told him how ridiculous this all ways, he hung up on me. I was told to avoid this place more than once, I don't like being treated like an uninformed idiot. More
Excellent service! I was treated well and received excellent service when I brought my car in for maintenance, as well as a dead battery. Gil was wonderful to deal with. 2nd car & counting! Car sales people get a bad rap. Randy made the entire process painless. It started 6 weeks ago when I stopped by to check out an Accord. After answering all of my questions he advised me to wait a month to wait for better rates & prices. I returned with my wife last week, test drove one and bought it. The entire process went very smoothly. I'll be back in 10 years and I hope Randy hasn't retired. More
