The mechanic diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, and the car was repaired right away. More

Ryan and Gil are the best and terrific to work with. If they tell me I need additional service, repairs, or replacements, I have it done because I know they are looking out for the customer. For over 30 years he has made sure I am safe on the road by making sure my car is well maintained / repaired when needed. He always has time to be friendly and to answer all my questions . That peace of mind is invaluable. I always tell him that I could never consider buying another brand of car because it would not come with “Tony”. I trust Hondas because they are a quality made car but the trust I have in Tony makes all the difference. More

They continue to provide the type and quality of service that I think many customers expect to receive. I do have one suggestion about their new customer waiting area. While this large expanded area is very comfortable and welcoming, the choice of having Fox News being broadcast may not be the best choice. We live in very political divisive times and Fox News is part of adding to that divisiveness. Please consider selecting either a non-news station or something other than Fox. You don't need to end up with waiting customers getting into an argument over something Fox News reports. Better yet, turn off the TV. More

We were going to buy a new CRV but only would get $4600 for trade in. Can't figure out how to correct incorrect info. More

I spoke to him two years about purchasing a Ridgeline, but wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger. That being said Randy quoted the lowest price in the Detroit area for the Ridgeline then. He did so again recently and this time I was ready to pull the trigger. I am quite happy with my Ridgeline and the great customer service. Wait, did I mention the lowest price around? Lol More
