Ryan and associates in the Service Dept. took quick care of my CR-V. Stopped by to see Gloria Hawkins in her corner office - too bad it was a rainy day. Did my oil change on 2014 crv April 1st. I noticed a leak. Took it to jeffrey Honda I told them what was going on. Never told them to change my oil. I left and a few hours later got a call. I told them to change it. My wife picked up car and she noticed the bill was different. They were too busy to help her. She came home. Called several times left message with manager and no reply. Got a hold of Ryan next day. First it was the technician recommended the oil change. Then it was that when I did the appointment online I requested an oil change. Unfortunately I did not make an appointment. Then it was a computer error. I checked the oil level. It was so over serviced that I had to drop the filter 3x to get it to the correct level. It was then an issue with the servicing machine. So a month later I am still waiting for my refund after I submitted my receipts 2x. (I use amsoil). No one returns phone calls or email. I also bought a certified preowned acura from them. The sales rep came along for the test drive I was told which route drive and I could not take it on the freeway. Wrote that on my review in 2014, still waiting for a call back about that. More
