I saw a RAV4 with the options I wanted on Jeff Wyler's website and thought it best to take a look at it though I had already been in contact with another dealership in Louisville. I have not bought a car in years and was dreading the whole experience from high pressure sales tactics to a long negotiation about the price. I met Scott and told him what I was interested in and he took me right out to the car. He never once tried to pressure me into something I didn't want. He answered all the questions I had with full authority so he really knew his stuff when it came to the RAV4. Then came time for price negotiations and I was blown away at my initial offer. At that point I was so happy with the whole experience I didn't bother going to the other dealers. Everyone I met there was very helpful and nice and I will defiantly be referring others to Jeff Wyler. More
I contacted Tom TeBault regarding a Highlander I saw on the internet and when I arrived later that day to test drive the vehicle that is when the ah moment began. Tom was very curtious, friendly, very knowledgable on the Highlander, and explaining the various differences the 2010 and 2011 model. I purchased the 2011 Highlander and Tom and his manager programed my cell phone to link up with my new vehicle, went over all the vehicles options again, and reconfirmed all the various levels of service that will continue. I will recommend Tom and Jeff Wyler's Toyota to everyone and will return for additional purchases in the future. AWESOME JOB!!! More
The salesmen were great. Andrew was very imformative, friendly with great customer service. Dennis and Beverly acted in the same manner. They were very helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was after we bought the car, we received an automated email with our car being 1500.00 cheaper. We went back in to Toyota to see why it was different and it was explained to us that the price thru the email didn't include certification even though it had "certified preowned" in the description on the email. If we took off the certification, it would raise the price of our monthly payment by $30.00. (We had purchased the 1500.00 extended and the GAP insurance). That was the only problem, which was a big one for us because it seemed like it was false advertisement. But the people were great. I was on the internet looking and Dennis called within 10-15 minutes. They were prompt on calling us and took care of us quickly when we arrived. I would recommend Toyota to other people but tell them to watch out for the internet prices because what you see is not what you get. Hats off to the employees though! More
I worked with Tim Patillo and his co-workers recently when I purchased a used cross-over (Suzuki Grand Vitara). Tim was very helpful and friendly, as were all the other staff. This was a great overall experience. I purchased a Demo at a new car price. The salesperson Tim Patillo went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken car of on my car. They even put the vehicle in the body shop and Josh took car a spot on the front of the car and the rear of the vehicle. We would recommend Jeff Wyler and Tim Patillo. Great Job. More

JR from your financial department took time with my wife and I, took us back in a converance room and showed us both on how our credit score works, where we are now and where we could be in a year from now. He took about 2 hours to explain this to us. Jason (service manager) was execelt also. He really took his time and made sure that my wifes 2007 Honda Odessey was perfect in every way.
