While I was waiting I looked around the showroom and Tim Patillo came up and offered assistance. I had been planning a new Toyota purchase for a while and told him what I was looking for. They didn't have the exact car I needed and proceeded to find one in the area. I had a price in mind and they met it. A couple of days later I had my car and have been very pleased with it. More
Darrell Bryan was a great salesman. He explained everything to us great and made me feel like I had known him my entire life. Didnt talk to me like I was just another customer. He was extremely nice everything to us great and made me feel like I had known him my entire life. Didnt talk to me like I was just another customer. I am very happy with the car I purchased as well as the service I received. My salesman was Tom Tebault and he happily answered the many questions I had before purchasing my Prius. Even though the dealer didn't have a wide selection available due to the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan, they had just the car I wanted. A scratch on the front bumper was discovered while I was looking at the car. The next day when I called Tom to tell him I wanted the car, he informed me the scratch was already being taken care of. I can't tell any work was done on the car at all. Tom also introduced me to the Jason, the service manager, who offered very helpful information since I have never owned a hybrid before. Thanks to Tom Tebault and Jason, I am a happy customer. More
Wonderful experience buying my 08 Civic Si @ Jeff Wyler Toyota. Everyone was excellent from the first email to walking out with my keys. AMAZING! I called reporting a rattle in the passenger door of my new Camry. Tom Tebault picked up my car, took it to Wyler's Service Dept, they repaired my problem, and Tom returned it. I had no inconve door of my new Camry. Tom Tebault picked up my car, took it to Wyler's Service Dept, they repaired my problem, and Tom returned it. I had no inconvenience. What wonderful service. Plus, Tom had washed the car and detailed the wheels!!! More
On my first visit to a dealer on the search for a new auto, I had the pleasure of being sold a 2008 Toyota Solara. It actually wasn't the car I intended to buy, but Margie & the staff knew how much I lik auto, I had the pleasure of being sold a 2008 Toyota Solara. I have been using this dealer ever since for maintenance and repairs on the van and have found the service department to be fair and helpful in all manners. My first contact was by phone with 'Lance' who said that Tom Tebault would be helping me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately impressed by how 'unlike' a typical car salesman Tom was (and L Tom Tebault would be helping me. I live across the river in Louisville, and had been 'turned off' by a couple of Louisville dealers. I got tired of hearing how 'great' they were, yet when I checked the customer reviews on-line and found 1 star out of a possible 5, I trusted my instincts and headed to southern Indiana. I had just received a mailer from Jeff Wyler Toyota which got my attention. During my 2 conversations by phone with Lance, he quickly determined what my needs were and from that point on, I was confident that we would stay on track, and we did. Tom took over and did a fabulous job -- never pushy -- at all -- just very accomodating. My previous experience at a well-known dealer in Louisville had been a nightmare and I was not looking forward to buying another car. At this point in time, leasing made more sense for me, and the process was clearly explained and I am confident that at the end of my lease period, I will have another good experience either with another lease or purchase -- hopefully Tom will still be there to work with me! I'm very pleased to refer business to Tom Tebault and Jeff Wyler Toyota. More
