We just bought a 2011 Highlander from Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville. We're from Lexington, KY, so this was quite a-ways out of our way, but it was well worth it. Tom was great! We're pretty skeptical people, wary of, well, pretty much anything. We expected the worst but really did get the best. Tom made it painless, got us a great deal (none of the dealerships in Lexington/Frankfort could compete), and he managed to source the exact vehicle we wanted. We were looking for a specific config & color and there wasn't one within 200 miles...but Tom delivered. I can tell you the dealership hardly made any money on this deal, but Tom was still eager to get it done and really bent over backward to help us. No surprises at sign-papers time, either. It really was a pleasant surprise not to be surprised, if you know what I mean. No gotchas. Just a really good experience. We'll definitely go back and work with Tom again when my old Tundra kicks the bucket (hopefully not too soon). More

I made an appointment ahead of time and my car was in the service area exactly on time. I purchased 4 new tires. I was hearing a strange noise in my truck. Went into dealreship and spoke with Jason in service dept. We took a short ride to see if we both could hear noise and figure out where it was coming from. Jason, thought a cover needed to be tightened and said they would take care of it for me. I also had oil change at the time. Once mechanic looked further into noise issue, found it was a seal near catalytic converter. Would cost $150 to fix, and gave me option of fixing in near future, as not a serious problem that would hinder use of vehicle or endanger me. Was very pleased at information and time taken to satisfy my worry. More
