I originally went in to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville to get some service done on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I had gotten this truck there way back at I believe at the end of 2006, so every time I need ser to get some service done on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I had gotten this truck there way back at I believe at the end of 2006, so every time I need service I would go there because I know that I can trust their work, and know they will do it right the first time. They work on your vehicle and inspect it for any problems, and if any are found they will come directly to you and keep you informed of what is going on. So while I was waiting for my service to be completed, I went and looked at some of the newer vehicles, I am very partial to trucks. So you know where I went first. I started off looking at the Tundras, then worked my way back to the Tacomas. And then I met Mike Walker outside on his little cart. Then we proceeded to talk, he asked if I was looking for something new, and I said no, just having some service done today. But we went ahead and looked at several vehicles. And we talked more, and I told him I still had a few months left on the 2007 Tacoma,and that I also had another truck at home. So I didn't think that I could pull it off. (getting another vehicle)(even though I had already seen the one I wanted) So he told me to come on in, he then took my information, and got what he needed to know and I ended up trading in both trucks (my Tacoma and also a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500) The process was painless, and I traded in both trucks for a brand new 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4door power window power locks etc. also 4x4. It has some of the bells and whistles, just what I need, now I only have one vehicle to worry about and pay for. Mike did a very good, outstanding job on this for me to make it happen, I would like to thank him very much for this. And as always if ever any problems arise, they are always there for you and will do whatever it takes to solve any problem and get you up and going again...... The service was great as usual. Russell Coulter did a great job on getting us in and out on both of our vehicles. We had been having a problem with a vibration in the front end of our Sienna.
