He (along with Jeremy Knox) was able to help us negotiate a fair price on a certified used 2015 RAV4 and on our trade-in. Even after the car had been purchased, he stuck around and talked with us while the car was washed and detailed. It seems like he truly cares about the customer along with getting them the vehicle they want. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a car here go through Juan. More
