They either answered our questions or did research and called us back in a timely manner with answers to our questions. In the end, we received quotes from 2 other dealers and Jeff Wyler was willing to reduce their price to win over our business. It's definitely worth driving over the bridge from Louisville to work with Tim Patillo, Brittany Beverly and the others at Jeff Wyler. More

We bought a car from Tyyu Redd about a week ago. We walked in, told him what we wanted and he found it right away!! We weren't asked our price range or stalled or haggled with. We were going to wait a little bit to buy our new 2012 Scion xB but we couldnt pass up the deal he gave us on our trade in. We are now the proud owners of TWO Jeff Wyler Scions (a 2007 TC and the xB) and couldn't be happier. They made lifetime customers out of us, for sure! More

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. After catching the dealership on two separate occasions trying to misrepresent the trade in value of my auto, (telling me one number and dealership. After catching the dealership on two separate occasions trying to misrepresent the trade in value of my auto, (telling me one number and then writing a different number in on the long form) I finally got through the purchase process. Within a couple of weeks, I had already discovered several problems with my new vehicle. when I returned to the dealership to have the vehicle serviced, they could not correctly deal with my vehicle (a jeep Wrangler) and after almost a week, they had to ship it off to a different dealership across town. After another 2+ weeks (with me in a crappy rental car, and calling to check up on my jeep every other day) they called me to inform me that the required repairs on my jeep would not be covered by the cut-rate extended warranty that the dealership had sold me. They then proceeded to try to CHARGE ME for simply checking out what was wrong with my vehicle only to tell me that they couldn't fix it. The service department refused to return my keys to me until this supposed bill was settled. I ultimately had to call the local police department to the scene. When the police arrived they ordered the dealership to return my keys, and I went on my merry way. To add insult to injury, this entire debacle led up to and ended on Christmas Eve. Thank Wyler, for making an already stressful time of the year so much worse. I sincerely hope your entire Southern Indiana infrastructure goes completely out of business. On an unrelated note, the Young man who drives the courtesy shuttle was, punctual, pleasant, and very professional. It is sad commentary that dealing with The shuttle driver was the ONLY positive experience I had throughout the entire car-buying experience. More

Mr. McHugh was most helpful in getting us a new 2012 Camry. He patiently listened to our phone call description of waht we wanted.Then he promptly called back to let us know what he could do for us. He then gave us a very thorough description of the operation systems within the car.
