I actually arranged to buy my vehicle from out of state while moving between North Carolina and California. This was my second purchase from a Wyler dealership--in both cases I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville was happy to accommodate my unique situation. The sales associate I worked with, Tom, was very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted. He followed up a few days after purchase to ensure the vehicle was meeting my needs and to ensure I was satisfied. Joe, in finance, was also very helpful in working the best possible financing. Mr. Coulter was on the phone when I arrived, and another employee met me and said he would start the paper-work. I do not remember his name, but he was very helpful and directed me to the waiting area. Mr employee met me and said he would start the paper-work. He later returned to explain that the cost would be more than quoted due to finding some minor problems that were fixed (new windshield wipers and a new plug). When the car was ready, Mr. Coulter let me know where the car was and then showed me to the pay window. I have always found the employees and the service to be excellent at Jeff Wyler Toyota. The provided refreshments are a nice touch; however, the chairs are not comfortable for me while sitting and waiting. When leaning back, I feel like I am going to slide out on the floor. Overall, however, the visit was pleasant; and I will return when my Toyota needs servicing. I do love my Toyota and have owned one since buying my first one in 1988. More
