He was very good. We had a hard time getting up to Clarksville to look at the car with our schedules and he drove it almost 40 minutes to us. Most often, unfortunately, women are usually treated as if they are not intelligent or faced with a higher price than may have been quoted if she showed up with her spouse or another male figure. Christopher informed me that he had only been working there for a couple of months, but he as a most gracious host and very professional throughout my visit. My husband wasn't with me the whole time, but came when he got off from work. He too, was made to feel very comfortable as we completed our purchase. During our visit, various sales persons spoke to us and asked if we were being well taken care of. I am very happy to say that my response was repeatedly yes. Thank you Christopher for a lovely experience and to all of the Toyota team. That was the best experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. I had actually stopped by a different dealership where the Sales person tried to push me into the car I did not want and kept talking about finance options I did not want to do. She peresisted even after I told her I was not interested in these options multiple times. Scott did a very nice shop in helping me purchase the car, I was looking for.He listened and answered my questions in a way that helped me make a wise decision in my new car purchase. More
Brought in damaged Camry for body repair. Original estimate was $8,250 and final invoice was $12,475. A professional body repair shop should not miss the estimate by over 50%. In adddition had to bring the vehicle back in twice more for repairs after initially picking the vehicle up and live over 300 miles away from this dealer. Lastly, the dealer did not have the courtesy to call and advise that the repiars were going extremely over the original estimate. More

I purchased a certified used truck from here. The truck was nice, the sales rep was full of information and friendly as could be the day I bought the vehichle. BUT...when I returned home that very night, the dealership was running a promotion on every used car sold they were giving away a free iPad. At no point was notified of this during the buying process. And when I called they said they did not have a promotional offer like this. Which I took a video of it w/ my phone and sent it to them, proving them they did. So they told me to come in the following day. I returned, they did not have iPads and told me to return on a later day. I returned again, they did not have iPads there and offered to go with me or they could give me the cash value for the iPad. I chose the cash value. They said they would overnight a check. I did NOT recieve the check the next day. I gave them a week, and I did not get a check. So I returned again to the dealership for a third time, they kept me waiting for about 30 minutes before a sales "professional" came out to help me. He said, "We simply dropped the ball, and did not send you a check. The sales rep and I simply did not remember. We will deliver it to you on Monday personally" (It was Saturday when I visited them and they did not have anyone there to sign the check.) So Monday comes around, they did call but did not tell me they would have a check for me. I had to call back 2 times to find out that I would have to pick up the check myself at the dealer. Now I will be returning for the 4th time, just to get treated fairly. I will not tell anyone in the future to buy from this dealership. They bragged on how there dealership was the best in the area, which I though was true at first (I have purchased a other used car from Oxmoor Toyota of Louisville, they were one of the lowest rated on the list, Jeff Wyler really hasn't shown me they should be ranked any higher than them) There staff is the model of the typical saleperson you do not want to deal with. They are extremely nice and friendly up front when you give them money, but if they are supposed to get money from them....they lose their friendlyness very quickly. The sale rep that sold me the truck, completely ignored me and did not appoligize for his mistake the 3rd time I had to go back. It seemed I had to do all the work to make sure I was treated fairly. Tim and Dennis were awesome! I was looking for a vehicle that they didn't currently have on the lot, but they had no problem getting it from another location. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they got it for me rather than trying to steer me in another direction (which I've had happen in the past at other dealerships with pushy sales people). These guys definitely exceeded my expectations and made it the best buying experience I've ever had at any dealership. I would definitely shop here again! More
