As someone that really dilikes the car shopping/buying experience I have to rate this as close to great as it gets. We shopped around several dealerships for a particular late model used car. After looking at several very similar cars with similar prices we returned to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville. Two things brought us back. Our salesman Chris Wenzler and the fact the price on the lot was exactly what they had posted on the internet. The way we were treated by Chris was the biggest difference. The next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will be returning to this dealership. More

WOW! I had a great customer experience dealing with Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dennis Hughes in Sales and Joe Mattingly in Finance. I went online at their web Wyler Toyota of Clarksville! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dennis Hughes in Sales and Joe Mattingly in Finance. I went online at their website to review their new car inventory, selected the new 2012 Sienna that I was interested in, did my homework and called Dennis. It was fantastic dealing with an honest, no nonsense kind of salesperson like Dennis. We came to agreement on a deal and I went into the dealership the next morning to sign the paperwork. It is comforting to know that there are still dealerships where "their word is their bond!" The showroom and service department were very comfortable and inviting. I have purchased at least 6 new vehicles from various dealerships in the Metro Louisville area and Dennis gets top marks in my car buying experiences! I look forward to visiting their dealership for any future service needs and will most definitely keep Jeff Wyler at the top of my list for future vehicle purchases! More
