After making an appointment with Tyyu, he greeted my kindly at the appointed time (one sales person did not show up for the time they requested & did not call to reschedule). He had line up up various makes & models of cars in the price range I request along with the features that were most important to me. Tyyu even offered to walk me to another dealership after test driving a used car on the lot so that I would be happy as a customer. His genuine concern for me & my daughter's safety convinced me to buy a new car from Jeff Wyler instead opting for a used car. I would not hesitate to recommend him anyone for car sales. Tyyu you are the BEST!! Unfortunately, Tyyu could not be there for the suprise Santa left for my daughter but did have Ms. Rolanda Scherer help us with the big day.
