Tom put me at ease after visiting several other dealerships. He was polite, courteous, avoided being pushy and even laughed at my jokes! Although he couldn't manage to throw in space blasters or li dealerships. He was polite, courteous, avoided being pushy and even laughed at my jokes! Although he couldn't manage to throw in space blasters or light sabers to sweeten the deal, he did go above and beyond in helping me select the right car for me despite the long list of things I wanted in one vehicle. He was patient with me despite having had a very long day, and I truly enjoyed the experience. I look forward to pestering him whenever I return for service trips. He won five billion cool points for not telling me "You need a man to help you", five hundred cool points for letting me drive the golf cart as we looked at potentials, and 5 cool points for putting up with my wild ginger ADD. I Love my new car, and I loved working with Tom at Jeff Wyler Toyota! John, in finance, was pretty swell, too. Thanks for making my first "big shiny new(ish) car" purchase so much fun and making me feel like part of the team :D I'll be back for the Christmas party guys! :D More

After a few attempts at purchasing a new car at a few other dealerships I decided to try Jeff Wyler Toyota. I was completely blown away from the moment that we walked in. Eric was a true asset to helping other dealerships I decided to try Jeff Wyler Toyota. I was completely blown away from the moment that we walked in. Eric was a true asset to helping me decide on purchasing a 2013 Toyota Pruis Five. He new every detail about these cars from back to front. He knew ever accessory available and how it would help me love my car more. He also could compare his cars to any of his competition with out even having to look up the information. I would highly recommend Eric and the entire staff at Jeff Wyler Toyota. They made buying a care actually enjoyable. :) More

Salesperson Ben Lilly met me as soon as I arrived. I explained what I was looking for and he quickly showed me what he had that fit my needs. After telling them what kind of monthly payment I needed and explained what I was looking for and he quickly showed me what he had that fit my needs. For those who believe that the Lord speaks to you will understand My salesperson was Tom Patillo. I had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Toyota. For those who believe that the Lord speaks to you will understand what I am writing about. One morning, while getting ready for work I heard the name Jeff Wyler Toyota. I had been praying about where to go to get a vehicle because I had visited a few dealerships that were not acceptable....and that is putting it mildly. I knew nothing about this dealership. After about a week, I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota. I was met by Tom Patillo who asked could he help me...I told him I was just browsing...he said take your time. So that is what I did....I was able to walk the lot and just browse. I inquired about a vehicle I saw on the internet..........(I was leary at first)...I was so surprised when he expIained to me that the vehicle wasn't up to par. I truly appreciated the honesty. I heard the word "integrity". I sensed I was able to let my guard down. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in. Tom went and got the keys to both vehicles. Tom was very helpful....he gave me information on each vehicle and additional input that helpd me decide which one to get. I drove off the lot that same day in a 2005 Toyota Camry XLE.... in mint condition...with a smile on my face!!! I knew when I drove off the lot, the Lord sent the right salesperson to me. I have told some family members and friends about Tom Patillo and Jeff Wyler Toyota. More

We had a wonderful experience with Tom Schreier. He was very professional and very friendly. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" to make us feel comfortable in our buying experience. I would also l very professional and very friendly. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" to make us feel comfortable in our buying experience. I would also like to mention how I feel like he really cared. He talked a lot about his family and his children and since I lost my dad 3 years ago (and he was unable of that), he really made me feel like he was a "dad looking out for his daughter." Upon arriving at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville, Ben Lilly greeted us as we got out of the car. Ben was very helpful as we made the final decision on our purchase. Within a relatively short time, we were PROUD owners of a new Toyota!! Ben gave us different options that we could consider. Ben also called to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I totally recomment Jeff Wyler Toyata!! Ask for Ben when you go and he will give you the same great service that we received!! More

I came to Jeff Wyler Toyota on the recommendation of a friend who had recently visited several dealerships before buying his new car there. Gabby Bryant introduced herself and spent a lot of time while I figured out just what I wanted. Over a period of nine days and four or five visits, I tried a Highlander, a Camry, and a Prius V. During these visits Gabby was knowledgeable and helpful. We went on several test drives. Every time she could reasonably have expected me to buy, I went home without buying, and twice, when I came back, I wanted to see another model. I was surely a very frustrating and time-consuming customer, but she always gave the impression that she had nothing else to do but spend time with me. She knew about each model and always was very polite and friendly. I recommend her highly. I was also impressed with the helpfulness of everyone else: two sales mangers, an accessories specialist, a financial manager, two customer service people, and a man in the parts department. Everyone was eager to give me good service with a smile. There was another Toyota dealership much closer to my home, but I'm very happy about my experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota and encourage everyone to ask for Gabby! More
