I came to Jeff Wyler Toyota on the recommendation of a friend who had recently visited several dealerships before buying his new car there. Gabby Bryant introduced herself and spent a lot of time while I figured out just what I wanted. Over a period of nine days and four or five visits, I tried a Highlander, a Camry, and a Prius V. During these visits Gabby was knowledgeable and helpful. We went on several test drives. Every time she could reasonably have expected me to buy, I went home without buying, and twice, when I came back, I wanted to see another model. I was surely a very frustrating and time-consuming customer, but she always gave the impression that she had nothing else to do but spend time with me. She knew about each model and always was very polite and friendly. I recommend her highly. I was also impressed with the helpfulness of everyone else: two sales mangers, an accessories specialist, a financial manager, two customer service people, and a man in the parts department. Everyone was eager to give me good service with a smile. There was another Toyota dealership much closer to my home, but I'm very happy about my experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota and encourage everyone to ask for Gabby! More
