Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is probably the best dealership around. My wife and I visited a few other dealerships before finally settling on Jeff Wyler. No other dealership comes close to customer service. We did call in advance to let the dealership know we what time we would be coming in. Our salesperson was Tom Tebault. He met us at the door and had the vehicle that we were interested in already pulled up waiting for us to look at. As we were looking at the car Tom was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. He explained everything in detail so we understood exactly what we were looking at. We were also trading in a older Dodge Grand Caravan. The trade in process is painless. You give them some info on your car the take it an appraise it. It's that simple. After a few rounds of negotiations, Tom, myself, my wife and the sales manager all came to an agreement that worked for both parties. We got the car we wanted at the price/payment we wanted. We settled on the Blizzard Pearl (White) 2013 Toyota Prius Two. This baby gets 48/51 miles to the gallon. I have never been loyal to any brand of car before. I have owned a Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, Ford, Nissan, Dodge and now a Toyota. Jeff Wyler will be the place that I go to first for all of my current and future car needs. I would like to thank the friendly and efficient staff at Jeff Wyler Toyota for sending me home with a sweetheart of a deal! Not only did they match the lowes possible price anywhere - I got 60 months Jeff Wyler Toyota for sending me home with a sweetheart of a deal! Not only did they match the lowes possible price anywhere - I got 60 months at ZERO PERCENT - and...wait for it...an awesome GOLF UMBRELLA at no extra charge! I leased a 2010 Prius II from them (a steal at $219/month - you can't get that anymore) thinking after three years I might be sick of it....but...instead it really grew on me. So much that rather than just buy out the remainder - I re-upped with a 2013 at the aforementioned sweet deal. I recommend the Prius as a family car (wife + 3 & 9 year olds) and I NEVER get sick of filling up at the pump and TRYING to remember the last time I was there. Tom put me at ease after visiting several other dealerships. He was polite, courteous, avoided being pushy and even laughed at my jokes! He was patient with me despite having had a very long day, and I truly enjoyed the experience. I look forward to pestering him whenever I return for service trips. He won five billion cool points for not telling me "You need a man to help you", five hundred cool points for letting me drive the golf cart as we looked at potentials, and 5 cool points for putting up with my wild ginger ADD. I Love my new car, and I loved working with Tom at Jeff Wyler Toyota! John, in finance, was pretty swell, too.
