I was sold on the fact that I was not going to be approved for a new car with Toyaota and after a couple months involving several email's and phone calls he convinced me and got me in a BRAND NEW CAR!!!! I do appreciate the work and determination, now Im building my credit and have a much safer vehicle. All the guys that I came in contact with that day were not only good at what they do, but sincere about it as well... So I thank all of them once again... L.W More

Chuck told us if we wanted to just look, drive, talk, anything then we were free to do so, no hassles. We drove, took the sales persons card, shook his hand and left feeling we liked the idea of buying from Jeff Wyler. Compared to other dealer experiences this was a huge difference, more relaxed and welcoming. Three days later I was in the showroom working with Chuck and Brent Mattingly to buy my new Camry. These guys were easy to work and talk with. As a consumer, so long as you do your own research, do your homework, costs can be right and buying easy if the other parties make it easy for you. A vehicle can sell itself, really. The people at Jeff Wyler made the experience comfortable and even fun, like buying a new car should be. My wife's Scion came from this lot 7 years ago (then Greetree Toyota) and in a few years when we get bored and look to upgrade, we'll come calling. I'll definitely recommend Jeff Wyler and the sales people there. More

I saw the Toyota Prius C new on their website. I loved their price but hated the distance(it was an hour and a half away). I gave them my email address because i was interested. He offered to pay for my driver's gas to get me up there. He was texting me the whole drive wondering about my safety cause it was storming. It was great customer service throughout my whole visit. We were hungry from the drive so one gentleman even offered us leftover Montgomery Inn. I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!! More

I first saw the vehicle that I wanted from Jeff Wyler Toyota on AutoTrader.com. I was later contacted via email by Tom Schreier, who is listed as an internet sales consultant on the dealer's website (ht Toyota on AutoTrader.com. However, when I finally made it to the dealership after several emails and illness, Tom was a perfect gentleman and a consummate professional. He was very straightforward and did not give off the predatory vibe that I usually get from car salesmen. After Tom outlined the more than reasonable offer for my trade and my projected monthly payments, I dealt with Jon Bowman, the finance director. Jon described all of my add-on options without pressuring me to get any of them, and offered me an awesome interest rate on my loan. I would recommend this dealership, and particularly Tom Schreier and Jon Bowman, to anyone wanting to purchase a quality vehicle from a professional staff. More
Our 2009 Corolla had a recall earlier in the year, but we did not have the opportunity to bring it in for the repair at that time. The car was ready for an oil change this weeks, so we went ahead and brought did not have the opportunity to bring it in for the repair at that time. The car was ready for an oil change this weeks, so we went ahead and brought it in to take care of both issue. When we arrived, we did not realize we needed to make an appointment for the recall repair, but the Service Dept. was very friendly, cooperative, and made every effort to work our car in for the day's schedule. We were pleasantly surprised when our car was finished a few hours earlier than promised, and we appreciated the special bonus of the car wash. We were treated courteously, professionally, and made to feel like the Service Dept. was happy to earn our business. Since 2004, we have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and we also service our vehicles here. The great customer service on every level is what brings us back. Keep up the good work! More
I purchased a used Van on a Saturday afternoon. The price was a little over what I think it should gone for, but I was in a hurry and was willing to pay it. Anyway, when I got home I realized I had left some items in both of the vehicles I traded in and immediately sent an email to Pete telling him exactly where they were in both vehicles. He responds back on Monday and says he personally looked and they were not there. Also, the second he gave me the keys on Saturday I noticed there was only one keyless entry and pointed this out to Pete. He said they were only REQUIRED to give me one keyless entry. What kind of response is that? Anyway, he is now saying they will give me a keyless entry but I feel like I had to almost pull his arm off to get it. I was told a keyless entry could only be made on Thursday in a very specific timeframe and neither myself or my wife can go to te dealership during that timeframe so I told Pete to just give me an un-programmed keyless entry and I would program it myself. I found where another dealership put on Youtube how to do it so I knew I could do it fairly easy. So, I go to the dealership to possibly pick up the unprogrammed keyless entry and I was hoping to find the items that were left inside both of my vehicles as well since obviously Pete was too blind to see them. I found out one vehicle was already gone but the other one was still on the lot. And, here it comes! A CUSTOMER HAD FOUND THE REMOTE I LEFT IN THE CENTER CONSOLE!!! Exactly where I told Pete it was!!! This place is a joke and I will never go back unless I am forced to. More
