I had the absolute best vehicle shopping experience! I recently visited Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville to look at new Rav4's. I was helped by salesman Chuck Young. I went on Jeff Wyler's web site when I was searching for a new car. I found one that I really liked and entered my information to be contacted. Scott sent me a e-mail that same night and then called me for a new car. I found one that I really liked and entered my information to be contacted. After talking with my husband, we decided that we really couldn't afford the monthly payments. I called Scot and let him know our decision. He came up with another vehicle that he thought we would like and even brought it to our house for us to see. We increased our down payment and ended up being able to afford the original vehicle. I rode back to the dealership with Scott and drove off in a new Rav4 in less than 2 hours. Scott was very attentive and made sure that he met all of our needs and wants. Since then, he has called me several times to make sure that everything is okay. While at the dealership, everyone there was very friendly and polite. More

I have previously purchased new Toyota's from Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville and was normally happy with my experience. When we went there this time they weren't as willing to work with us. By chance we heard about a deal that I was looking for at Wyler.com, but when I called the vehicle was already sold. Tyyu asked us to come in anyway and see if we could work a deal. We did, actually a much better deal, since I got a all wheel drive instead of a front wheel drive for the same cost. I will now check here first instead of Oxmoor for my next purchase. More
