He had personal knowledge of this car as he had taken it in on trade earlier this year. It was very cold outside, he immediately went out side, not only found the car I was looking for but drove it inside the garage showroom for me to view and inspect. He had my exiting car appraised while we inspected the Lexus inside. After a short time of negotiations we were able to come to an agreeable trade deal. We didn't su experience in finding a car. I was looking for an affordable used car several months ago and Scott Terry went out of his way to help me. We didn't successfully locate a used car, but it wasn't because Mr Terry didn't do everything possible. I returned to Jeff Wyler when my current Toyota Paseo got much worse. Scott listened to what I needed and my financial position and provided me once again with exemplary service. He introduced me once again to the leasing process at Toyota and I was able to afford a lease on a 2013 Scion XD. I certainly didn't think that I would be able to get a new car but he made it happen. i had a very negative experience with a Toyota dealer in Louisville regarding a lease several years ago and I was very skeptical of leasing again, but Scott helped me see how things had changed. I am once again driving a safe, reliable Toyota because of Scott Terry. Jeff Wyler is very, very lucky to have such a wonderful salesman working for them.
