My wife and I recently decided to buy a good used car, and of course a Toyota was our first choice. We looked at a few online and then called the dealer and were given James Himel as our salesman. We had previously purchased 2 Camrys from this dealer (the last one in 1999 - Toyotas last a long time!) when it was known as Green Tree Toyota, and have always been happy with our experience here. James met us on the lot and showed us several different Camrys. We really had not planned on buying a car that day, but James was persistant and we were able to make a deal on a nice red one. James had just transferred in from another Toyota dealer and we were his first sale at this dealership. He was great to work with and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car from Wyler Toyota. He will do everything he can to meet the price you need. Also, he helped us set up some of the "new technology" on the car that we were unfamiliar with which was very helpful! Also, not really a negative, but it was almost closing time when the deal was done and when we were sent to the F & I guy we felt a little rushed and ended up buying a Poly Steel coating for the car. We probably paid too much for that, as when we got home we researched it on the internet and did not find many favorable reviews. We tried to get out of the Poly Steel the next day, but the F& I guy was out of town and by the 3rd day it was "too late" to get it off the deal. Hopefully it will be worth what we paid for it, but that is still to be determined. More

Since this is my third Avalon, we didn't need a hard sell on the car - I love them and would not drive any other model. We did; however, want a good trade on our 2008 Avalon and we don't like to be pressured when making a car purchase. Eric was polite, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He kept the process "moving along" and once we were told what trade-in allowance we would receive - it was a done deal! I tell everyone how awesome an Avalon is and that it is the BEST VALUE over any other luxury car. Now I can also recommend a great sales associate with whom I have complete confidence can give them an enjoyable car buying experience as well. More

Chuck Young and the rest of the staff at this dealership were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left with our new RAV4. Chuck was even kind enough to go out and start my car to warm it up before we left because it was snowing and very cold. They worked with us to help us find the best vehicle for our needs at the best possible price. They were very understanding and helpful even though another dealership in the area (Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville) tried to steal our business away unfairly at the last minute. (Obviously, Oxmoor was unsuccessful). We would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a Toyota vehicle. More
