It was a pleasure to go to a dealer and not feel "pressured". I had done my homework, knew the model I wanted to buy, and the features I wanted. The dealership responded very promptly to an e-mail I sent out late on a Friday afternoon, indicating they had the car I inquired about. I went in early on the following Saturday Afternoon, was welcomed by their Internet Sales Manager, who handed me off very graciously to Pete Zalaffi, a sales person (titled "Selection Specialist"!). Pete showed me the car, we went for a short test drive, checked out the car I was trading in, and after a few minutes in his office came to my wife and me with a price. I countered that his price was too high, and gave him a figure that I wanted to pay. After the usual consultation with his manager he responded with a price that was very fair. I felt VERY comfortable during this entire process. After we completed the paperwork to purchase the car, Pete, my sales person, spent a lot of time with my wife and me showing us many of the features of the car that got us off to a great start. During the afternoon, I had numerous opportunities to watch other employees in the showroom as they engaged with other customers, and I was impressed with the professionalism that I saw that afternoon. Jeff Wyler Toyota is a well managed dealership whose employees obviously know that customer satisfaction is the key to success. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in the Toyota product. More

We had been shopping around for a couple of weeks before visiting Jeff Wyler Toyota in late February. Dennis Hughes showed us the inventory and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is genuinely friendly, and (thankfully) not at all pushy. Ultimately, my family members purchased a new Avalon which is absolutely gorgeous, and I purchased a beautiful 2012 Camry which is above & beyond all of my "must-haves". There were a few little nicks that needed touch ups, and I wanted the air in the tires replaced with nitrogen along with the normal fluid checks and clean up. Dennis made all of this happen, and provided the maintenance history as well. The entire process was seamless, and I am quite happy with this car buying experience, and with my Camry! More
