WONDERFUL experience! Highly reccomend! My Jeff Wyler Toyota experience with Lakin Hatton as my sales associate was great! I had found this company by a simple google search and requested so My Jeff Wyler Toyota experience with Lakin Hatton as my sales associate was great! I had found this company by a simple google search and requested some information on their website, the very next day at 8:00 in the morning Lakin had given me a call. He was extremely professional and even gave me the option to communicate via text message for convenience. I had spoken with him for a couple of days over the phone because my husband and I couldn't come in for an appointment until that Thursday. Lakin texted and or called every day getting as much information as he possibly could and gave me a couple laughs in between as well. On that Thursday as we approached the lot I had texted Lakin letting him know that we were coming in, he was waiting outside for us when we got there. I failed to mention earlier that I had a trade in of a 2003 vehicle, Jeff Wyler, and Lakin were more than willing to work with me on my trade in and Lakin, along with a few of his sales associates got me an even better deal than we originally planned. We drove off the lot that day with a brand new car at a great price! Lakin Hatton, along with the Jeff Wyler team worked amazingly to get my husband and I the best deal they possibly could. The people at Jeff Wyler work as a team, are professional and really work one on one with the customer. Jeff Wyler is highly recommended in my book as is Lakin Hatton. GREAT experience! More

Postive Experience with Eric, Britany, Tim, and Peter! I have been having extreme difficulty with my Toyota 4Runner. Eric is in service and has spent close to the last year presenting my "case" to Toyota. I have been having extreme difficulty with my Toyota 4Runner. Eric is in service and has spent close to the last year presenting my "case" to Toyota. With him on my side, Jeff Wyler Service Department tried their very best to fix my machine, but to no avail. In my opinion, it is a design flaw. With that said, I spoke with Britany to try and figure out what to do. I opened the door of conversation with my "requirements" for a pre-owned vehicle. As the Customer Rep at Jeff Wyler, she spoke with Tim regarding my wants. Not only did Tim greet me with one great choice, but two! Next was Peter. He did a fabulous job with presenting the 2012 RAV4 and was very thorough with his presentation. I ended up trading my nightmare for fabulous RAV4! Tim checked in with me along the way through the purchase process and in the end, I was extremely pleased. Thanks to Eric, Britany, Tim, and Peter for a pleasurable experience during this process! And thanks to all of those folks at Jeff Wyler that I have not mentioned......I would return there in a heartbeat! More

A great place to buy a truck! I recently went to Jeff Wyler in Clarksville to look at new and used trucks. My salesmen Chuck Young and Pete Zalaffi were great. They listened as I I recently went to Jeff Wyler in Clarksville to look at new and used trucks. My salesmen Chuck Young and Pete Zalaffi were great. They listened as I explained what I did and did not want in a truck and showed me several trucks they thought I might be interested in driving. At no time did I ever feel pressured or "steered" into looking at something I did not want. They were very straightforward and honest and did not try to sell me something I did not want. They were also very knowledgeable about Toyota trucks and answered all of my questions. They made me a great deal on a new truck including a very fair price for my trade in. This is the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from and I have been dealing with car dealerships for over 40 years. More
