But with this visit I wanted to be sure that the job or at least the inspection was done right and the service people were cooperative. I wanted some work done on my Sienna, more than just a oil job which I barely trust to the other Toyota dealer on the East side of Louisville. Much to my liking they came out on top in my estimation of a good job and pleasant experience. Greentree buying experience now even better! We have bought several new cars from Greentree Toyota and have always had positive experiences from sales to the service department. So when we started thinking about getting a new Prius, it was natural to check with them. We looked online at Truecar.com to get an idea of what the current market situation was. Greentree was our first and last stop. They made it so easy. The deal they offered was much better than anything we had seen through Truecar. The day we stopped by Greentree to check out the 2014 Prius, we drove home in a beautiful red one. Our salesman was Tom Tebault. Let me just simply say that he made it the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was so easy to work with. No pressure at all, and his follow up of going through all of the features of the car and how to use them was totally awesome. With 30+ years in the education field, I feel that I can safely say he is a great teacher. I have never had a negative experience in buying a car at Greentree, but Tom is the absolute best! More
