Perfect Experience During the whole process I never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. My salesman stayed calm and gave me my space through the whole thing. He was very patient and willing to go above and beyond answering my questions and helping me find the right model for me. I also returned to the dealership a few weeks after purchasing my vehicle when I had an issue with my pone and he was kind enough to take the time to reprogram my phone to work with my Bluetooth in my car. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership and also would recommend working with Derwin. More

Out of State I bought a Tundra because the Dealer happened to have one that suited my desires. During the selling process the salesman made multiple trips to the S I bought a Tundra because the Dealer happened to have one that suited my desires. During the selling process the salesman made multiple trips to the Sales Manger who made all decisions although we have never met. The Salesman quit shortly after concluding the sale which , though no fault of the Dealer, certainly led to a plethora of miscommunication and added to the price I eventually paid. First I failed to realize, and was not informed that buying a car in Indiana, would cost up to 1% more sales tax to an out of state buyer's negotiated "Drive away price" . I no longer had a Salesman to back up the promises made to make the sale and the multitude of dealer representatives I had to deal with in a futile attempt to get back to the "Drive away price" left me feeling screwed. More

That's why working with Derwin Hunt and the crew at Jeff Wyler was so refreshing. They made our experience about the best I've ever had. Derwin, in particular, was kind, understanding and fun to get to know, on top of being very helpful with our many questions about hybrids, etc. I would highly recommend them and will be sending others I know their way. Great service Had cupping wear on my tires from an alignment being out due to hitting some big potholes. They didn't try to sell me anything else or be unfair.
