All of those worries were laid to rest with Jeff Samuels. He was very informative and understanding. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The paperwork process was done with ease also. I spoke with Tom Patillo on the phone and he did not make me feel pressured. He helped guide me in the right direction. Joe Mattingly helped with my financing and to be honest, I am a complete ditz when it comes to that stuff. That is the reason I brought my father (a banker). He explained every paper and everything number to me so well that, I felt I could have gone through the process myself, without my father, and understood everything very well. 5 stars from me for the staff at Toyota Clarksville. Fixed my problem and now I am very satisfied I had a problem with a price issue after purchasing my car. I had posted an earlier review that was poor because of this problem and that it seemed as I had a problem with a price issue after purchasing my car. Now, 3 days later I received a call from my sales associate, Trent, saying that they would fix this problem and reimburse me appropriately. I am now very pleased with my car buying experience and it seems they do care that customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them and would recommend Trent personally as a sales associate. I would be a return customer! More
