Trent Waggoner I have been working with Trent Waggoner on finding a car that would work in helping me find a car that would find my son's wheel chair. I drove from K I have been working with Trent Waggoner on finding a car that would work in helping me find a car that would find my son's wheel chair. I drove from Kentucky over to Clarksville just to work with Trent. I am so happy that I did. We found a car that worked after I made him move my son's wheel chair from car to car and have a measuring tape to make sure that it would also fit is oxygen consitrators and anything else I may need. After finding the car he worked he spent the time and really listened to where my price was and if it wasn't good enough he went back until it was right never at anytime did he ever pressure me into a price or car. My boys and I were there a long time and were waited on checked on through out. I just can not express how great full I am and because of the service Trent has earned me as a customer and so has the Toyota at Clarksville. Joe Mattingly helped with my financing and to be honest, I am a complete ditz when it comes to that stuff. That is the reason I brought my father (a banker). Fixed my problem and now I am very satisfied I had a problem with a price issue after purchasing my car. I had posted an earlier review that was poor because of this problem and that it seemed as I had a problem with a price issue after purchasing my car. Now, 3 days later I received a call from my sales associate, Trent, saying that they would fix this problem and reimburse me appropriately. I am now very pleased with my car buying experience and it seems they do care that customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them and would recommend Trent personally as a sales associate. I would be a return customer! More
