He called me at home to discuss issues and potential solutions and discussed other potential needs after explaining the checks and reviews they do on the vehicle for safety and continued proper maintenance of the vehicle. When I arrived to pay for the repairs completed he explained again the issues and repairs and walked me to the area where I could pay for the repairs, introduced me to the person who would then be assisting me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns before leaving me.
