We came to test drive a used Highlander and ended up purchasing a newer but used Toyota Venza. What I wanted to emphasize was the fact that Brad never tried to sell us a car. Brad was there basically facilitating our requests, answering our questions and simply allowing us to see and test what we felt comfortable with. What a novice idea, let the customer make the sell. Jeff was knowledgeable about all Toyota products and financing options offered at the dealership. I first saw the vehicle on their website and I could not believe the deal being offered. I first drove to Toyota of Louisville were I was told by the staff that they could not match the price and that there is a mistake. After speaking to Jeff on the phone I was reassured that all pricing is accurate and up to date. Upon arriving at the dealership i found the car to be as advertized on their website and even more beautiful than in the photos. Jeff explained the overall price of the vehicle and i was pleased to find no hidden charges. I would highly recommend this dealership above all others in Louisville metro area. More

Great Experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota Times Two! Had to get a rental car in Florida to drive back home...thank God, we were not physically hurt. Immediately, started checking online for a Prius v. Jeff Wyler Toyota gave me such good service previously so I wanted to stay with this dealership for continued service close to home. Jeff Samuels, my salesman, was just what I needed to walk me through my second purchase of a Prius. I wanted another one because I believe this car is why I was not physically hurt in either accident. I am now the PROUD owner of a 2015 Prius v Five, Absolutely Red!!! I talked with Jeff on Friday and told him what I needed and he found one for me to drive off the lot the following Monday!!!
