I was in the middle of a bankruptcy , but really needed a truck. I decided to go try Jeff wyler. The first time I went in , I found a Toyota Tundra but was told by the finance manager that bankruptcys could take a while to be approved and the truck would be sold by the time I got approved. I decided to shop around elsewhere. While shopping on the Internet I got a call from Jeff Samuels at Jeff wyler . I told him that I had already tried to purchase there but was blown off by the finance mngr. and sales person. He told me to come take a look at what they had and he would give it a shot. After finding another truck I was told the exact same thing by the finance mngr. I then went to another dealership, found atruck, and was approved by the bankruptcy court in less than 24 hours. I decided not to buy that truck do to some issues with it. Jeff Samuels reached out to me to see how my search was going. I told him that I had found a truck and was approved by the court in less than 24 hrs. Beig the persistent salesman he is he talked me in to coming back . I then found a truck that I am very happy with. If it weren't for Jeff Samuels this deal would have never happened. He was very polite, and professional, and treated me like a friend. Above and Beyond WITH convienence!!! I never would have believed that a car could be purchased almost exclusively through text messaging! But from day one, when I text our salesman Brad, he promptly returned our text and sent links either by text or email (only a couple phone calls to seal the deal) Brad and his manager patiently worked through several different vehicles to see which would be the best fit economically as well as getting one that we would love driving...the 2010 Prius was the winner and we LOVE IT!!! THEN since we lived two + hours from the dealership, and my husband is a disabled veteran, they kindly sent a lovely retiree driver out with our new car and exchanged it for our trade in!
