We have found the atmosphere in this dealership to be very friendly, customer oriented, informative, and no high pressure sales. That is why we have continued to purchase cars here since 2004. Our salesman, Jason Duff was outstanding! He immediately responded to emails, phone calls, and answered all of our questions as we researched a RAV4 prior to coming to the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle, and found exactly what we were looking for! Jason was always smiling, upbeat, and genuinely interested in getting us into this car. It was a pleasure working with him, and you can see why he has been an Outstanding Salesmen award winner! More

Technician claims cruise control worked okay and was charged $50. Car still gains speed when going downhill on a gentle slope and was told by technician that the cruise control WOULD NOT hold car back while descending hills. My experience with this feature is that it will hold the car at selected speed. The cruise controls causes the car to overspeed while climbing moderate hills by as much as 15 miles per hour. No electronic diagnostic test was done. Technician said I could get a second opinion from Craig Toyota in areas with more hills where I normally drive. I'm very dissatisfied with service department. More

But my purchase of a new Prius V proved that this dealership is still one of the best around. I was given an online quote by Tyyu Redd, and that price held all throughout the process....no add-ons, no surprises. (And about $2,000 less than a quote given by a Louisville dealership.) Just straight talk and a lot of great information about the Prius from sales rep Redd. He knew the ins and outs of the car by heart and helped my understanding immensely. After driving it for a week, I'm as impressed with the product as I was with the sales process. Kudos to the Jeff Wyler team and to Toyota for such an innovative "green machine". More

I called to tell him that I would like to come in and see the car, and he had the car sitting in front of the building waiting on me when I arrived. The service the entire time was top notch. My wife and I were actually talking about our own businesses and using some of the techniques within our current organizations. More

He pointed out the updated features on the 2015 model compared to our 2012 model including many pleasant surprises with features we didn't expect would be on the 2015 model. Mr. Schreier is a true professional and easy to deal with. Though purchasing a new vehicle is somewhat time consuming, Tom provided an easy flow through the process and we left with a smile. We know we can put our trust in Mr. Schreier and will seek out his services in future Toyota purchases. More
