Service and a Recall I took my Toyota Camry in for Service and for the recall on 7/8/2015. Eric told me it would be done in about 4 hours. They called me when it was done I took my Toyota Camry in for Service and for the recall on 7/8/2015. Eric told me it would be done in about 4 hours. They called me when it was done , very prompt. On 07/03/15 I stopped by Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville Indiana. I was blown away at how friendly the entire staff was. Sales specialist Matthew Thompson was not only knowledgeable about the product but showed me how to use all the new standard electronics on the 2015 Camry. It was the easiest car purchases and best experience from an auto dealer I have ever had. I defiantly recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville Indiana for anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More

Service I scheduled an oil change for 9:30 A.M. I was told it would take approximately an hour to complete. It took roughly one hour and fifty minutes for my I scheduled an oil change for 9:30 A.M. I was told it would take approximately an hour to complete. It took roughly one hour and fifty minutes for my oil change service to be completed along with a maintenance inspection. When I left, I noticed the A/C was making an odd sound that I had not heard beforehand. Granted, it could be a result of the cabin air filter not being secured correctly or there being debris in it, but now I have to determine if that's the cause or if something else was done incorrectly. Furthermore, although not as significant but rather frustrating in addition to the other issues, my trip A mileage that I use from tank to tank was reset versus my trip B for oil change. The gentleman helping me was nice and professional, but the overall service was less than satisfactory. Due to the length of time that I had to wait for a standard, scheduled oil change, I can't say that I'll be back. More

They do a check of everything, but don't try to hard sell on immediate repair. More
