Mark West, Salesman at this dealer tried to sell me a $1700 or $2000 warranty on a Certified car. Car was listed online as Certified but that is supposed to include the toyota factory warranty, yet Mark $1700 or $2000 warranty on a Certified car. Car was listed online as Certified but that is supposed to include the toyota factory warranty, yet Mark tried to SELL ME the warranty. Bait and Switch! The sales mgr insulted me with the low offer on my trade and Mark continued with high pressure tactics, even after I said he was making me uncomfortable, to sell me the warranty that was supposed to come with the certified car. He started off selling me warranty before I ever made an offer on the car. I got so frustrated I left. So glad I left.. I went to Oxmoor Toyota and found the same car with the certified warranty included. Do not trust Jeff Wyler dealership. More
Honestly shocked at the level they tried to rip me off. I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I wa I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I was able to test drive the car I was interested in the sales rep was no where to be found for another 15 minutes. They seemed extremely distracted and like they did not want to be there let alone help me buy a car. After telling me I couldn't be financed, they came back and said they could for a ridiculous monthly payment. When I asked who it would be financed through the sales rep said "I don't know." and would not tell me what the APR percentage on the loan was. Obviously I am not going to buy a car and not know who it is financed through or what the interest rate is. Total joke. On top of that I do not recommended trying to trade your car in to them. I took my car to a dealership in Louisville and was immediately offered $2,000 more than they offered me. Long story short, great place to go if you enjoy being ripped off and love the stereotypical used car salesman that only cares about themselves. More
I am a 55 year old man and went to Jeff Wyler to look at a Supra and a used Corvette they had on Saturday 5/15. I spoke to a salesman and explained I would like to look at both and was told “ we don’t like a Supra and a used Corvette they had on Saturday 5/15. I spoke to a salesman and explained I would like to look at both and was told “ we don’t like people coming to take joy rides” so he would have to run a credit check and paperwork prior to me even looking at either of them. I was appalled at this response. I would never buy a thing from this dealer. I did buy a new car as planned from Carriage Ford down the street and currently am loving my new Ford Mustang. Beware of this shady dealer, customers service does not exist at Jeff Wyler Toyota. More
I spent my entire day trying to buy a car from out of state. I told the salesman that I would finance through them, only if they were fair to me because we have been screwed in the past. We were trying t state. I told the salesman that I would finance through them, only if they were fair to me because we have been screwed in the past. We were trying to buy a brand new minivan. I sent him my trade in info and he was very pleasant to work with. I was not happy with the trade in value offered to me, but was willing to accept it because we really wanted this van. He then went through my payment options which seemed way too high. I asked what my interest rate was and he said he couldn’t tell me that. So I told him I was going to check with my local bank. Local bank gives me 2.49% interest and a payment over $100 lower a month. So I told him I was still interested in the van but we would be doing our own financing and just needed a purchase agreement. He then comes back and says his finance manager will not accept outside financing due to covid because “it takes too long.” I assured him that I will have a check by Saturday for the van, when we had discussed picking up and offered to put a deposit down today. He says he’ll talk to the finance manager and get back to me. In the meantime, I call my bank and she tells me what they are trying to do is illegal, refusing to accept financing from an outside lender. Imagine not accepting a cashier’s check for an agreed upon price and blaming it on covid.... At this point we started researching this dealership and it turns out this is a common practice. We backed out. I was willing to travel 16 hours and let them make money off of me on my trade in AND their van, and that wasn’t good enough. I’m only sorry I wasted my entire day on this. Do your research, if you finance with them, you’re spending TOO MUCH MONEY. This is a shady practice. I never dreamt we could be screwed over by an official Toyota dealership while buying a brand new car. I guess I was wrong. More

They couldn't fix my car and replaced a part that was just replaced about 400 miles ago & tried to charge me for it. I have a brand new car with less than 6,100 miles & they can't figure out what's wrong. Now because they don't how to do their job I have to drive to Kentucky to get my vehicle looked at because I'm not welcome at my local dealership anymore lol this service department is a disgrace to the Toyota name & I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. How dare I want my brand new car fixed, the nerve of me thinking that Toyota would stand behind their product that I spent $34,000 on. DO NOT BUY A 2019 RAV4 XLE PREMIUM AWD & DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM JEFF WYLER TOYOTA if you do, have it serviced elsewhere. Too bad there's not an option for zero stars. I bought what was supposed to be one of the most reliable vehicles out there & it's been messed up for almost 2 weeks now with no resolution. Hopefully customer service will provide me with a solution soon More
I wished I could give them 0 stars. They have the shady sales tactics. They flattered me with a great online price but when I arrived they wouldn't honor and share with me the out door price. The even trie sales tactics. They flattered me with a great online price but when I arrived they wouldn't honor and share with me the out door price. The even tried to add packages I didnt request. When I request the itemized invoice on the price out the door the sales person redirect the conversation to a monthly payment. I again told them that would work itself out as I needed to know finally price. The sales person again asked me if I was comfortable with the 8 year finance at the monthly payments. I again requested the total purchased price. When he try to redirect me to another question I simple asked if he was going to answer my question. He then insulted me and a relative. We then walked out as he continued to insult us. I went to another dealership and the answered all questions and meet my request. I will never do business with this dealership!!! More

Jeff Wyler Clarksville is the reason that companies like Carvana and Vroom are becoming so popular. I spent more than 2 hours there with them refusing to return the keys to my car. I was looking at, and w Carvana and Vroom are becoming so popular. I spent more than 2 hours there with them refusing to return the keys to my car. I was looking at, and wanting to purchase a 2021 Rav4 Limited for my wife. We decided on the vehicle and proceeded to discuss numbers. I advised what I was willing to pay and the value expected for my trade. I advised my salesperson that these were what was required to earn my business. After 2 trips between the office and me, I ask for my keys, as it was clear they were not willing or able to meet the numbers I requested. The Sales Manager came out to discuss and I again ask for my keys. He advised he was unaware of what numbers I was looking for (I had clearly written them on the first offer). I gave them to him again and he agreed to meet those terms and ask that we start the credit application. We completed the credit application and they brought back the sell sheet with completely different numbers, while trying to add in several packages I had already said I did not want. Now they had hit my credit (five inquiries), and had lied to me about agreement on the offer to purchase. They still refused to give me my keys. The visit ended with me loudly advising other potential customer that they should leave before getting screwed with like I did. I would not recommend this place to someone I didn't like. Toyota should look at more than just the sales numbers and review dealerships tactics. This experience has ensured that I am not buying a Toyota and will never buy from a Jeff Wyler dealership. More
