We spoke with the Service Director about what happened and she explained everything. Your tires were not rotated because of the tread depth, and the nail in your sidewall, unfortunately the advisor did not catch the note in the system and did not remove it from your bill. Once you pointed it out he found the note and refunded the charge to you and explained why the fires were not rotated. Your tire light remained on because you had a nail in the sidewall, tire could not be patched and you declined replacement. The vehicle was not washed at that visit because the car wash was down and getting repaired. You can come back anytime you would like and we will wash the vehicle for you. We are sorry for all of the misunderstandings and we will do all we can to make sure that something like this does not occur again. Thank you for taking the time to bring all of this to our attention.
