Lazy and ludicrous I took my car in here because they supposedly give better service than the average oil change place. FAR FROM ACCURATE! I was charged for a tire rotat I took my car in here because they supposedly give better service than the average oil change place. FAR FROM ACCURATE! I was charged for a tire rotation and they didn't rotate my tires at all! My left front tire that was low when I took it in was still in the same spot. Not to mention my low pressure light was still on when I picked up my car! Tell me how they rotated my tires when didn't even check that the pressure was even. They also didn't perform basic bonuses that are supposedly included with their service like a free car wash. My car was still dirty on the outside like it was when I dropped it off. They didn't even bother adjusting my clock after replacing my battery. The list goes on. I work in customer service and this experience is honestly on the list of most pitiful service I've ever received. My service advisor did make it right by refunding me for the tire rotation, but not before I made a complaint and had to prove it to them. What else have I been charged for in the past that wasn't actually done? How many other people have they done this to? More
