I will recommend this dealer to all my friends. My salesman, Matt Howard treated me well and acknowledged me as an individual, not as some senseless woman. I have dealt previously with Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville where the salepeople and managers lie and cheat to get a signature on the dotted line. I am confident the salesmen at Jeff Wyler's do not laugh at customers behind their back or provide them with disgusting nick names as does Oxmoor Toyota. Matt made every effort to allow me to decide what I wanted in a vehicle and asisted me in making an informed decision based on need, plans, and finances. Matt is friendly wirh a great personality. He is willing to go the extra mile and did not push me into a decision that I was not ready to make, even waiting an additional week for me to make a decision. Matt took the time to show me the features of the car I purchased and painstakenly followed me from one car to another as I made my decision. When my car was delivered to me it was spotless and shiny. The finance staff is personable, knowledgeable, and aid in understanding the financial details. I enjoyed making this purchase so much I plan to return in several years to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks Matt! More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The treatment received at this dealership was the worst in my life. I am a woman shopping in for a new car on her own. I had the worst treatment by the sales managers at this lot. I should never walk into a room and feel threatened into buying a car with three people pointing at a piece of paper stating I had agreed to a certain price when I had failed to sign any agreement and never agreed to anything. I should never be made to feel stupid when I am a smart woman with a college degree. This was a horrible dealership and a horrible experience. I guess they believed as a woman I would walk onto the lot and just about agree with anything. I'm sorry but I'm not.I walked out of this lot and will never be walking back on it again. The sales managers there were jerks and need a lesson in customer service. They stated my credit score was 70 points below what it ran two weeks ago when nothing on my credit has changed other than one bank running a report. If I could rate below a 1, I would as they treat customers horrible and I'm not so sure how they determine their financing as it seemed quite shady. I also love that they pulled the reports off here and tried to bash all the other dealerships in the area stating I wouldn't get a better deal to pressue me into buying there. I'm glad they believe they can speak for other lots as another lot has spoke for itself and offered me a better deal. Overall, this dealership is worth passing over and driving to Louisville to shop or even going over to Honda. More

We did an online search for our vehicle on Friday evening 12/12/2008 around 6:30/7:00, we drove off in our brand new Toyota Tacoma Saturday 12/13/2008 around 3:00.
