Mr. Pizer was extremely informative and helpful in assisting my wife and I in locating the SUV we wanted. On our first visit to Greentree Toyota, Mr. Pizer spent over four hours searching and contac assisting my wife and I in locating the SUV we wanted. On our first visit to Greentree Toyota, Mr. Pizer spent over four hours searching and contacting his sources in an attempt to find the SUV we were looking for, with no guarantee that we would even purchase from him. Mr. Pizer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and extremely professional in his sales approach. My wife and I felt Mr.Pizer generated a sense of confidence and honesty in his dealings with us. Even though we were unsuccessful on our first visit, Mr. Pizer continued to look for the SUV we wanted. On our next visit a month or so later, as we arrived there sitting in front of Greentree Toyota sales facility was "our SUV". We feel that the amount of time we spent haggling over the price of the two leases was excessive. We were at the dealership for six hours. While we appreciated the thoroughness of the information and the lack of pressure, this was too long. Finally, we feel that the ultimate price we ended up paying for the Tacoma could have been better. But the overall experience working with the people at the dealership was good. We feel comfortable working with them and will most likely deal with them again the next time we need a vehicle. More

Matt made every effort to allow me to decide what I wanted in a vehicle and asisted me in making an informed decision based on need, plans, and finances. Matt is friendly wirh a great personality. He is willing to go the extra mile and did not push me into a decision that I was not ready to make, even waiting an additional week for me to make a decision. Matt took the time to show me the features of the car I purchased and painstakenly followed me from one car to another as I made my decision. When my car was delivered to me it was spotless and shiny. The finance staff is personable, knowledgeable, and aid in understanding the financial details.
