From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with total respect. I felt as though every individual involved with me in my transaction were people of character and integrity. Chuck Young took extra time explaining, negotiating, engaging, communicating and just generally moving a fairly long process along (we bought two vehicles). I do not recall the young man's name from the Service Dept., who cleaned the car, but he was also absolutely wonderful. The price of the vehicle was comparable to those of other dealerships I believe. Additionally, I left some items in my trade car and Chuck was a real sport about getting those back to me. Finally, I want to add that I had absolutely HORRIBLE experiences with the Toyota dealership in Louisville,Ky that I had used for my two prior purchases, but Jeff Wyler has won my trust. This is the 4th car I have purchased at Jeff Wyler GreenTree Toyota. They went out of their way to find a Camry that would fit both my requirements and my budget. We had no trade-in as the previous GreenTree Toyota. They went out of their way to find a Camry that would fit both my requirements and my budget. We had no trade-in as the previous Camry, purchased here, spent its last moments in a ditch. That didn't stop them from making us a great deal. The associate that assisted in the search was Dennis Hughes. He was very patient and friendly as we sorted through all their different dealerships for just the right car. Turns out it was right in the neighborhood. Someone had just traded in for a new Camry and their 2007 was just right for me. All three previous experiences with Jeff Wyler have all been just as positive. I have never hesitated to recommend them to others looking for a car as I know they will be in good hands and drive away feeling great about the purchase. More
