Tom Schreier was my salesman and he was ph I leased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 LE AWD from Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville today, Friday, March 10th, 2017! Tom Schreier was my salesman and he was phenomenal from beginning to end!!! He made the whole experience a very memorable one in many ways! First of all he was polite, informative, respectful, professional and most importantly to me, patient, (I asked tons of questions)! In this fast-moving, often times crazy world we live in, you just don't find many people willing to take the time to answer your questions, giving you their full, undivided attention and making you feel like you're their number #1 priority!! He went back and forth, (to what I called "the men behind the glass"), to negotiate me the best deal to suit my particular needs!!! He then walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable and understood the many papers I signed, (and there were tons, lol)!! Next, he sat and went over every feature in the vehicle so that I knew how everything worked! When the car came back from the wash and showed missed spots, (which, I noticed when I opened the back hatch), he took it right back to service and had it taken care of!! He even posed with me for a pic and gave me a big smile and a "thumbs up", as I drove away!!! All in all, I left there today feeling pretty special I must say, and to me that is what top customer service is all about!!! Making people feel "special"!!! Now, I'm just hopeful that over the life of my lease, I will find the rest of the Jeff Wyler Toyota staff to be as friendly and accommodating as Tom, because for me, he has set the bar pretty high!!
