This is our second purchase with Jeff Wyler - we came over from KY because of the outstanding service! I'd highly recommend the dealership to friends! I'd also recommend Dennis he did a great job! I made the trip over and they had put balloons on the vehicle because they knew it was a graduation gift for my husband's daughter - so they had WKU red and White balloons tied to the car! The whole experience was fantastic. The dealership really knows how to treat the customer. As soon as you get out of your car you are approached and asked whom do you need to see. Last week I went to view a few cars before actually shopping. I went to Toyota because my in laws both bought trucks from there 10 years ago. Little did I know it wasn’t the same. And when I went in shopping. I went to Toyota because my in laws both bought trucks from there 10 years ago. Little did I know it wasn’t the same. And when I went in I told Larry what I wanted. He said lets see what your credit looks like and I can show you. I said first tell me if you have what I am looking for. He said I can do that and then he said let me just write your name down. We went inside and he starts to ask for my financial info after I just said I want to know the inventory first. So after that he shows me a Trailblazer. It did have what I wanted. I said I would come back I had my two little boys and had no plans of doing anything with them. When he said he could get it for me with payments of 250 a month I WAS SO STUPID to think he was telling the truth I said ok to run my credit. I got approved and was told our payment would be over that but the loan guy who was very nice and friendly worked with me on all the details. Very nice guy. I then told Larry I wanted to get my children home, he kept telling me to wait. They had the keys to my truck so I couldn’t go anywhere. I kept telling him I wanted to leave and I still did not get my keys. I kept asking for things such as a carfax and a promissory note for the deal on my trade in and the request was put off over and over. I wanted to leave. The service guy came out to find the navigation CD for my truck while I was waiting on the papers and he found two sets of keys in my truck for another car, I hate to think of what would have happened if I took off with them. EVEN the service guy was nicer and I only met him for 5 minutes! I came in at 530 and when I finally signed the papers it was after 10pm and I even told the guy who had the final papers I was unhappy and didn’t feel good about buying. I told him I have never felt this way. He laughed at me. I did not. They then gave me the keys and the truck was on E I said I need gas and they said I could get around on E until the came on for another 40 or more miles. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Larry gave me 20 bucks and said bring him a receipt so he can get his money back. Larry refused to get me the things I asked for and wouldn’t let me leave. I was not happy. The next day I was to bring in my title for my truck seeing how I didn’t expect to buy. I come in and find out my deal was no longer good and they wanted more info. I then told Larry there was moisture in a head light and the back windshield wiper was no good. I asked where the carfax was and the second set of keys were he said he would get. HE said I should have asked for those things before, I DID! He asked me if I liked the truck at all I said yes he then said so quit whining. My mother came with me and he called her my grandmother when I corrected him he didn’t even apologize to her. When I refused to give him more stuff for the deal he got upset and started acting like a even bigger jerk. I walked out and he came running out saying keep the truck for the weekend and we will work something out. But of course he asked for his receipt for gas. And they still did not fill the truck up. The next morning I got into the truck and none of the electronic dash info was working. I put the car in reverse and half came on so I pulled out of my drive way the rest came on. I thought maybe a little glitch. I go to the drug store and get back in the lights don’t come on again. SECOND DAY and the truck already started to go bad. I had to leave for work. But soon as I got lunch I was thanking god I was out of that deal for a small paper work glitch and drove like the wind to get my truck back! He was a JERK and sold me a bad truck! Everyone else at the lot was nice but I REFUSE to return because of that guy! And I also told my in laws who are currently looking for a new car not to return as well! Larry said he didn’t even work for the dealership he was part of the clearance sale. They need to CLEARANCE him out! He is a bully, rude, and seriously needs a reality check on how to treat people. I have bought lots of cars and never have I ever met someone like him. That one guy cost that dealer 3 customers. More
