This is my 4th Toy Wyler Indiana at end of August 2024. Bob is outstanding! in his professionalism, assistance and care through the whole experience. This is my 4th Toyota, 3 have been leased through Wyler Indiana, very satisfied with all these vehicles, my wife loves them too! Salesmen like Bob will keep me coming back. Thanks to all members at Wyler Indiana who assisted and reached out to me to address any concerns I had. A big shout out to Gene Post, Sales Coach at Wyler for his assistance and follow-up as well. I would have appreciated more assistance getting the car back to Louisville, but I understand the transaction was completed over the weekend and availability at Dealership was limited. Best Regards, Bob W. More
I purchased a 2023 Rav4 right when the finance program was hacked, I was told someone would come to me an hour and a half away and do the paper work when they could, I ended up having to drive there again was hacked, I was told someone would come to me an hour and a half away and do the paper work when they could, I ended up having to drive there again, got the finance paperwork all done, then it was crickets, they had the money so I was on my own with questions about a tracker it has if stolen, I made several calls and left several voice mails and none were returned. My paper work for plates were of no priority to them, the only 1 that helped was an internet specialist, thanks Kaydence, I would never recommend them, all kinds of add on things I paid for which are ridiculous, word spreads Jeff Wyler. I want to rate the Jeff Wyler Toyota dealership in Springfield, Ohio. On July 18th, I went into this Toyota sales location to look at and maybe to purchase their 2025 Toyota Crown Night Shade. I was v Springfield, Ohio. On July 18th, I went into this Toyota sales location to look at and maybe to purchase their 2025 Toyota Crown Night Shade. I was very impressed with the car, my salesman, Zach Restall and Matt Crosby, the sales manager. I did purchase the Crown, have it for 2 weeks and I do very much like this car. I traded in my 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve. I had stated many times that I would probably never let my Lincoln leave my side, but I did and there was no high pressure sales tactics involved. I put almost 50% down and have an excellent credit score, so that all wen t very smoothly. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to where I bought the Crown. More

Offered me an insanely low price on my trade in and then brought out their chatty assistant sales manager to explain to me why I was being unreasonable for not accepting it. By the end they offered me 4000 brought out their chatty assistant sales manager to explain to me why I was being unreasonable for not accepting it. By the end they offered me 4000 dollars more for my trade (still low ). By that time, I was tired and insulted. I will never go back there. More
I called about a car on their website only to find out it was at their dealership in Ohio. They said they would transfer the vehicle but I would have to come to the Clarksville dealership first and sit down was at their dealership in Ohio. They said they would transfer the vehicle but I would have to come to the Clarksville dealership first and sit down with them. They told me it would take a couple of days to get there. I called after five days only to find out the vehicle had been sold. They basically lied to me. There was no reason for me to waste hours of my time driving and sitting down with them in person. They could have received all the information they needed from me over the phone. I told them I'd never buy a car from them because of their lack of respect for their customers and their dishonesty. I went in there to buy a new car they told me they had in stock. When I got there they then finally told me they didn’t.. but they had a used one for $22,800 sticker. They lied to me about there inventory. S stock. When I got there they then finally told me they didn’t.. but they had a used one for $22,800 sticker. They lied to me about there inventory. So by the time they got done, they had the used one up to almost $29,000 in sneaky dealer packages and fees. I offered a fair kbb offer for my trade, and they came in $5,000 short of it. They didn’t want to work with me on the numbers. I can’t imagine how many family’s have suffered from this. More
I usually do not leave reviews but I feel the need to share my experience from today in hopes it will help someone else make their decisions differently. I was looking at vehicles online and came across share my experience from today in hopes it will help someone else make their decisions differently. I was looking at vehicles online and came across a very nice Town and Country, the van was modern, updated and had screens that the kids would love! I am 9 months pregnant and needed a bigger vehicle for the expanding family. I was sold for the price and immediately reached out and worked with David on it. I live almost two hours away from the dealership but due to the condition of the vehicle and price I could not pass up on the deal so I made the trip as soon as I could to get the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment with David, which was suppose to be for 11am (all texts I received showed my appointment was for 11pm which I thought was strange). I show up at 10:45am to be told that David was not in until 12pm. I was a little confused but they had me work with another person named Brian. At this point David from the previous day already had my info, ran credit, and gave me a pricing sheet with information on the vehicle, including a picture of the vehicle. When Brian pulled up the vehicle for a test drive I was surprised, the vehicle was not the same as in the pictures that they advertised or even on the pricing sheet sent to me… they advertised a Town and Country using newer and more updated Pacifica photos, a completely different model vehicle so it wasn’t a case of them just being good at taking photos to make it look nice, this was a completely different vehicle. I immediately asked Brian why the vehicle was advertised as a completely different vehicle by the photos and he stated he was unsure. He checked on it and found it was a mistake and that the Town and Country was posted with the wrong photos and pricing but management would make it “right” for me. I was devastated due to driving almost two hours to get that experience and sadly it didn’t end there. I then was told the vehicle of the pictures I saw was there and I even was given a test drive. I was excited and I was hopeful things were going to work out, but then when we come back to the dealership to start paperwork, I was told the managers didn’t communicate with each other and that the vehicle was actually already sold. To say I was frustrated, upset, and really disappointed was an understatement. I had drove two hours for false advertisement and pricing and then given a test drive for the intended vehicle to then be told it actually wasn’t available. I again was told, however, they would make it “right” for me. They were able to find a comparable Pacifica at a different location (many key features I was sold on though this Pacifica did not have such as screens for the kiddos). At this point, because of the distance I had traveled and hours already spent there, I felt like I really couldn’t leave empty handed. I know I could have left at any time but I also was told on numerous occasions that they would make it “right” for me so I was hopeful the experience would turn around. When it came to financials, there was no “right” done. The Pacifica they had found for me was 1/3 more of the original cost I was intending to spend on this vehicle based off their advertising and this one even had less features…So when it came down to paperwork I was caught off guard in seeing pricing was not considered to be made “right”. At this point I had been there from 10:45am - 3:30pm, not including my drive time, exhausted and ready to be done so I signed the paperwork for the vehicle and left feeling defeated. It got worse when I left the lot to get food and immediately noticed there was a chip in the windshield and the back right tail light was busted. Due to the long day and feeling flustered with the process I missed this when test driving (there were stickers on the windshield which could of contributed to hiding the chip) which is my fault for not noticing but this shows the quality of the vehicles they sell… More
