I hope you get your issue resolved. We are all just following the steps Kia requires us to do. It sounds like you have a 4cyl engine that may be covered under the Kia warranty extension. But, until we or any other dealer do the proper steps they require our hands are tied. Trust me, if we could have just replaced the engine at the time you were in, why would we not do that? We get paid well by Kia on engine jobs. For no reason would we turn down work. It's just big business and the processes we must follow.

Sorry to hear we could not meet at an agreeable price with you. Looking at the notes in the deal by your original salesperson the sales desk was just using the notes that was left and the pricing detail. We apologize as well for not getting to you quicker at your time of arrival. After reviewing our cameras it looks as though you arrived at 4:14. When walking in you went directly to the bathroom and returned at 4:18. We had 4 other customers on the floor at that time and they were being assisted. No Salespeople were available. That's not your fault and we need to do better. You were on your phone till 4:24 and then you approached us. Chris came to assist and was finishing up another deal and getting keys to the K5 for you. He returned 3 minutes later and pulled up your K5 at 4:30. Again, we were negligent but they may have thought you were already being helped. You came back from the drive at 4:47 and the manager greeted you and went to find the salesperson. Another salesperson asked if you were being helped and then Chris returned to help you at 4:49.

What’s your explanation for me being asked to pay $200 more on the out the door price than what it was the night before? I was ready to buy that car that day if you guys would have at the very least honored your price from less than 24 hours earlier. Warren sat there and all but accused me of lying about the price Chris offered me the night before. We even got Chris on speaker phone and he said his final price he gave me was in the high 28Ks. Warren still refused to admit that was the price I was given. Inexcusable!
