I picked a. 2013 Ford Escape on Saturday, January 9th. On Sunday, January 10th it stopped on me in the middle of traffick. I started it up press the gas and it would cut off. I received a 'loaner' car but was told they are selling this particular ' loaner'. And if someone wanted to buy it, then they will switch me for a different car. I am so disappointed! More

I called the dealership spoke with Zach told him what I was looking for he set me up with Anthony who answered my questions I came in the next Anthony was with another customer so the manager matched me up was looking for he set me up with Anthony who answered my questions I came in the next Anthony was with another customer so the manager matched me up with Warren who took time making sure I understood how the process works. I got a Kia Cadenza premium and am very satisfied with the car but most with the service. If the time comes when I need another car I will go back to Superior Kia:) More
