I called Gerald about a car I saw online. I was 4 days into my search, extremely busy and not going to be able to visit the lot until 2 days later. He encouraged me to come as soon as I could that with it being on line it may not be there 2 days later. I got there that same day and was very glad I did. I liked the car immediately. It drove very smooth and had great control. I knew I was interested. During the drive, Gerald asked just the right questions to keep on track with the sale but also keeping it friendly and talkative. I never once felt pushed or rushed. At selling time, the car ended up costing monthly more than I had planned but I knew from the cars that I had already seen that I did not want to pass up this opportunity. The finance team and the manager passing by as he left all were extremely friendly and showed appreciation of me being there and shopping with them. Overall - great experience. We drove to this dealership from Louisville, Kentucky. The dealers in town stated they owned all in town and refused to negotiate a price. The make, model and color was not available and their response was to get used to what they had even though it was not what we wanted. They said it would grow on us. After several days of phone tag, they located a vehicle and stated they could get it here in a few weeks. The price and model however was different and higher. When asked to negotiate, the response was no because the Kia Soul was so popular that they did not have to. We looked on line at that point and found your dealership. We spoke with Spencer Deutsch who was extremely polite and professional. We spoke on the phone that evening and drove the next morning to buy a car from him. He was prepared and waiting. His attention to detail was excellent. There were some questions during the process he did not know the answers to off hand but used his resources and answered them all in the most expeditious manner. His attention to detail was impressive. He even paired our phones to the car before leaving and would have been happy to program our radio. I made a joke before leaving about a smudge on the car and he quickly buffed it out with his shirt sleeve and offered to do anything else. HE said he loved his job and that was part of it to him. Superior customer service and nothing less was his goal. He achieved it. We are in our 50's and 60's. We have purchased many new cars but this gentleman made the experience the smoothest and most pleasant we have ever encountered. Thank you Spencer and best of luck in all you do. Since it was an early Christmas present, Gerald not only came in on his day off but he he helped us surprise her with the car. Then he spent time going over all of the functions and buttons. Even though it was late, he rode back with her to show her where to take it for service rather than just point to it. Free oil changes for life and $0 deductible if we take it there for service, why would we go anywhere else? More

He was pleasant, kind and had a great laid back sales approach. I was pretty clear on what I wanted and he really delivered. I am a little girl and buying a car can be intimidating, especially when you are the only woman in the place - but the entire staff what courteous and friendly. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The dealership was clean and orderly - just top rate. Gary, John and Keith did a fantastic job and I cant wait to pass business their direction. More

Was NOT looking forward to going thru the usual business that is necessary when buying a car yesterday. So, needless to say when all was said and done I was thrilled. Every person we meet was beyond nice, the experience was a delight, our salesman Jason Mersch was a complete gentleman and to top it off we did not have to sit there for hours haggling over a price.
